(Annex 1 to Article 246a § 1 para 2 sentence 2 EGBGB [Introductory Law to the Civil Code]
As an end-use customer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party specified by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods ordered.
To effectively withdraw your order, you must send us a your clear written declaration to (PHILIPPI GmbH, Am Redder 2, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg; Tel.: 0049(0)4193-88010-0 Fax: 0049(0)4193-88010-50 e-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) (e.g. via e-Mail, Fax, Telephone or post) stating your decision to withdraw this contract.
To keep the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to exercise your right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period. To maintain the term of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal in a timely manner before expiry of the above named term.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you without delay, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising in the event of selecting a method of shipping different from the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the date on which we have received the notice of withdrawal from this contract. Repayments will be made using the same method of payment that was used during the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. There you will be no charge in the case of this repayment.
I) The goods should be returned or delivered to us by you no later than 14 days from the date on which you have advised us about the withdrawal of the contract. (PHILIPPI GmbH Am Redder 2, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg) The term shall be deemed observed if you send off the items before the end of the fourteenth day.
II) We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
III) You shall only be obliged to compensate us for any loss of value of the goods should this arise from an improper handling of the goods not required for inspection of their condition, properties and functioning.
